Property and Literary Rights
Congregation Emanuel, by the act of donating the Jewish Community Collection of Welch, West Virginia to the American Jewish Archives, assigned all property rights to the American Jewish Archives. Literary rights are retained by the Welch W. Va., Jewish Community Collection. Literary rights may also be retained by specific creators of materials.
