Biographical Sketch

Isaac Imber was born on August 23, 1907 in New York. He graduated from City College of New York in 1932. He was a private investor and businessman who was active in the Zionist movement in the United States. He was the founder and president of Masada, Youth Zionist Organization of America, and was an executive member of the Zionist Organization of America. Imber was also president of both Rassco Israel Corporation and Rassco Financial Corporation from 1950-1966.

Scope and Content Note

This collection consists of correspondence, minutes, financial documents and printed material regarding Isaac Imber's involvement with Masada, Youth Zionist Organization of America, the Zionist Organization of America, the Rassco Financial Corporation, and Rassco Israel Corporation. Included is correspondence with David Ben Gurion.
